New Year, New Adventures!

Happy New Year Reader.

It’s been too long since our last catch-up. Life has been full of exciting developments, and I'm happy to share the highlights.

Personal Development: Over the past year, I’ve been dedicated to honing my skills and delving into new subjects. From developing hands-on courses in map reading to achieving new qualifications in the outdoor space, the journey has been nothing short of enriching.

Adventures Abroad: Last year brought exciting opportunities to work abroad. I had the privilege of leading groups through the Troodos Mountains in Cyprus, where I focused on teaching crucial mountain skills. Additionally, I led a team of 11 people across the GR20 route in Corsica, renowned as one of the toughest routes in Europe. Both of these experiences were definite highlights, with breathtaking landscapes and shared moments that have created lasting memories.

Teaching Milestones: I’m thrilled to announce the completion of a teaching qualification, allowing me to share my expertise in Outdoor First Aid and so much more. My military background, including roles as a Combat Medic and Team Medic, has uniquely shaped my approach to teaching. This will be an exciting addition to the business while staying on brand with what I can offer you.

Family and Personal Triumphs: On a personal note, my wife Natália joined me in England last year after overcoming the visa challenges. This has added a great dimension to both my personal and professional life.

Looking Ahead to 2024: I’m eager to take the business to new heights in 2024. Expect more courses, with dates dropping soon. This newsletter is evolving into an educational hub where I’ll share all my knowledge. I’m also revamping my social media strategy to better serve your interests.

This journey will come with its challenges, but I’m excited about the learning curve ahead. Stay tuned for more updates and top-notch content. He says!

Thank you for your continued support, and here’s to a fantastic 2024!
